1. ONLINE REGISTRATION
It's fast, easy, and lets you view hotel, lab, and special event availability before you make your selections.


You’ll need a valid credit card number with Expiration date for both convention fees and hotel reservation guarantee. AVMA members will need your membership ID number to register at the discounted member rate.  You can find your member ID number on your membership card, dues invoices, and JAVMA mailing labels.

 

Online registrants receive an instant, printable e-mail confirmation.   Print or save your confirmation. You will need the registration ID if you wish to view or make changes to your registration record.

 

2. PHONE
Call the AVMA/Experient registration/bureau at 800.974.3084 (US Residents only) or 847.996.5876.

 

For offline registrations, confirmations will be sent within 72 hours via e-mail or fax. Please review your confirmation carefully for accuracy and contact the AVMA Registration and Housing Bureau with any discrepancies.

 

3. ONSITE

Registration will open at 8:00 am on Friday, July 30 in the registration area of Building B in the Georgia World Congress Center.


CONVENTION REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

July 9, 2010 was the deadline for refunds for registration cancellations or no-shows. No additional refunds will be issued at theis point.


HOTEL CANCELLATIONS

For hotel reservation changes or cancellations you must contact the hotel directly. Click the link to view the hotel list with phone numbers.


REGISTRATION PACKETS 

Packets will not be mailed to attendees registering after after July 1, 2010. You may pick up your packet and badge at the convention center beginning Friday, July 30 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Registration hours will be 6:30 am - 6:30 pm on Saturday through Tuesday.

 

If you registered prior to July 1,  your packet containing convention badge, event tickets and CE Program grid has been mailed. Review the contents carefully and notify the AVMA Registration and Housing Bureau with any discrepancies, 800.974.3084 (US Residents only) or +1-847.996.5876. Bring the packet and badge with you to Atlanta, there will be a $50 badge reprint fee.


Students and International Attendees

Packets are NOT mailed to Veterinary and Technician Students or International registrants.  Students and International attendees can be pick up your packets and badges at the pre-registration counters in the convention center.
