PRESENTATION UPLOADS Review, Revise, Rehearse – and Relax No last minute fumbling with floppys or rushing to the Speaker Ready Room to load your presentation. Now AVMA speakers are able to submit audiovisual presentations months in advance and still make last minute revisions. PSAV’s Content Management System collects speaker material, saves it in a secured environment, and sends it to the session room for your presentation. With 24-hour online access, you can review and edit materials anytime — before or during the convention.
PSAV enables stable upload of large PowerPoint presentations and allows speakers to create a user profile in case of additional submissions or revisions. All presentations are retained on a local server until the end of the event, at which time their server is reformatted and all presentations are destroyed.
The PSAV upload site is now open. Confirmed speakers should have received an email with instructions and log-ins. If you did not receive this email, please contact Patricia Kmak pkmak@avma.org.
